Background

| The principals of 126TH Street Properties and Vintage Construction Company, Larry Lee, John Mayes and Ron Lee have been in the residential development, homebuilding and light commercial busineses for almost thirty years. Their commercial building efforts have been located in nine states principally in the Southwest and Southeast portions of the United States, however, the residential building and development has been focused in Oklahoma. Their projects range from single family developments such as Val Verde West and the Oaks in Oklahma City to golf course townhouses in Edmond and Norman. The are presently entering into Phase II at the Vintage on Grand Lake, an upscale development on the shores of Grand Lake featuring permanent residences as well as week-end homes. |
